Franson Park will be a small development consisting of a maximum of 9 single units or a combination of 7 single and double units, depending on customer requirements.

It will be a gated community with a video entry system linked to each lodge, and each lodge owner will be provided with two key fobs to operate the electric gates, which is included in the purchase price. The lodges are on mains gas and have individual gas and electricity meters and are delivered fully furnished.

The park also has an underground cabling system that will allow lodge owners the use of Broadband and SKY TV. Please enquire using our contact form for more details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Purchasing a lodge home on Franson Park is the most affordable way to own a second home on the beautiful East coast of Norfolk, and we have compiled the following Frequently Asked Questions.

Q. What am I renting?
A. You are renting a new lodge holiday home which is built to BS3632 standard. It is fully furnished, to include all floor coverings, curtains, fridge, freezer, cooker, hob and decking area. It also comes with skirting, steps & a car parking space.

Q. How often are the exteriors treated?
A. The manufacturer recommends that exteriors are treated every 3-6 years with Sickens Filter 7.

Q. How are the units constructed?
A. They are timber framed, insulation, waterproof membrane and wooden cladding. The chassis is steel.

Q. How long is the park open?
A. The park can operate all year round, as long as it is used for holiday occupation.

Q. Can I put up a washing line if I use a lodge for a long period of time?
A. Hook on airers or free standing airers can be used on decking areas to dry washing.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes. We would accept a small dog or cat. However they must not be allowed to roam free around the park. If they are outside they mst be on a lead at all times.

Q. Who looks after the grounds?
A. The park owner is responsible for all grassed areas and including shrubs and communal flower beds as well as the road. The work is carried out by our gardening contractor.

Q. What is the warranty of the lodges?
A. All lodges carry a full manufacturer's warranty, and a full aftercare service is provided by the manufacturers.
